Inputting of Air Waybill InformationIf you click the [Air Waybill] button, an invoice number is automatically created, and your ID and the dealerships will be displayed on the screen. The departure date will also be set up on the same booking date. * The Invoice number consists of 11 digits. The front number ‘988’ is the Asiana Airlines’ registry number.
Selection of Places of Departure and Arrival
If you enter a 3-digit English city code for the place of departure and the place of arrival, every airline between the two places will be displayed.
* If you have used the cargo booking service before, your frequent place of departure will be automatically displayed.
Selection of Flight Section
If you choose a flight section through the drop-down menu, you can see all of the airports for departure and arrival in the chosen section.
Selection of Detailed Schedule
If you click a [Timetable] button, and pick up a detailed schedule from the timetable list, your booking information such as the name or number of the flight, departure date and arrival at airports will be displayed.
Inputting of Quantity and Actual WeightPlease input quantity and actual weight of your cargo.
Selection of ClassPlease choose type of our cargo product package (You can choose each class of P, F, S, and E).
Selection of Item
Please select the item on the menu list and input additional matters on your own. It is a mandatory inputting phase. If you want to complete the booking process, please click a Booking Button on the upper part.
Special CodePlease do not fail to input correct 3-digit English code that is used by the IATA. [Special Code Search] button will be helpful when you have difficulty in finding the English code.
WeightDetailed matters necessary for estimating cargo capacity, weight and volume will be automatically calculated if you click a Dimension Button after inputting width, length and height of the cargo on the bottom of the booking section.
Other
You can input additional data for transporting cargo.
E-mail Application
Please choose a necessary cargo tracking phase after inputting your e-mail address. The tracking results will be transmitted to you via an e-mail.
Inputting of Width, Length, Height and Quantity of Cargo
Please input width, length, height, and quantity of your cargo. Every cargo booking process is completed.
Completion of Booking and New Booking Process
If you want to complete the booking process, please click a [Booking] button.
If you want to change your booking while making a cargo booking, please click a [Reset] button.
Modification and Cancellation after Completing Booking
If you want to change your booking, please correct it after inputting cargo invoice number, and click a “Modify” button.
If you want to cancel your booking, please click a “Cancel” button after inputting cargo invoice number.
